CASE STUDIES | Damages

German investors took out a claim in Germany against a Swiss insurance group for a transferred portfolio of claims for damages as a result of erroneous investment management in so-called ‘shell insurance policies’ of a Liechtenstein life insurance company.

The proceedings before the Frankfurt Regional Court, which were conducted with the involvement of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, were successfully concluded by a first instance court settlement.

Comprehensive settlement for all clients.
