Our firm develops legal services for investment products in crisis. We represent clients who have invested in special assets, investment companies, private insurers, and other investments. We provide support to investment products, from placement through to settlement. We include sales and distribution structures at an early stage – as part of the solution, not as part of the problem. Litigation. In order to avoid unnecessary litigation between stakeholders, we initiate targeted negotiations and appropriate procedures.
Restructuring. We review the continuation of capital investments under commercial or insolvency law and develop restructuring concepts in times of crisis.
Exit. When it comes to settlement, we enforce claims under civil and insolvency law – whether this be individual mandates or in cases with large numbers of investors – both in and out of court, and we defend against claims.
